Mixed berry Clafoutis for Easter brunch. Technically since I didn't use cherries I believe you would call it a Flaugnarde. A french dish where fruit is arranged in a buttered dish and covered with a thick-flan like batter then baked. Serve lukewarm with powered sugar. Super easy and super delicious.
