The boys had never been to the ocean before, and I wish I could have let them off leash because it seems they would have loved to play. VB has a law that pets aren't allowed on the boardwalk, grassy areas, or beach between labor day and memorial day from Rudee Inlet to 42nd street. I had to walk them 10 blocks up to get access where they were allowed.
