So I was making my usual egg-free quiche today and I happened across another recipe on the box for Banana Teacake and said, "what the heck-I have all the ingredients and the oven is already on" so I made it.
Mix wet with dry.
Beat vigorously.
Ha! I knew I had a project in store for the loaf pan!
Quiche, teacake, and the ove glove. All goodness. The bread is good too-and I'm always surprised when vegan things are good.
My latest obsession is home-made orange juice and lemonade so I picked up this handy little gadget (a citrus reamer...*snicker*). Much easier than the glass juicer which I am destined to break anyway and only 6 bucks. Not to mention it's made from a renewable resource.
