I should have downloaded Seth's iphone app and now I am reaping my just rewards! I have a cavity. Dentist said it's from grinding my teeth...Kurt said I have a dirty mouth. I was able to draw this very exact diagram for you because Dr. Shore used a tiny video camera that connected to the flat screen next to the chair (I was a little upset to be interrupted from watching Transformers) to show me what it looked like.
