Powers Pie.
Karen came to town last weekend and I cannot figure for the life of me why I don't have a photo of us together. But I did bake an apple pie for her in my new pie plate.
The pastry knife did not make that crust was wonderfully easy as I had fantasized in my mind but it was still better than the fork. In the meantime, Karen and I are getting to know each other better and that's cool.
