Just a taste kids. Being away and regular life duties have kept me from divulging as much time in my summer home-schooling workshop as I need to be. However, I finally ALMOST finished something, so there is that.
A dog I sometimes have the pleasure of watching made a perfect subject. Starting my Illustrator illustration.
My photoshop cheats were only using the pen tool to make a selection of his shape and putting a few markers on a separate layer with low opacity to make sure my proportions were correct. He still needs another hour of work and I plan on making portrait-style background for him. I did him all on one layer-and played with layer styles but with the brush tool itself and not on the actual layer.
