Well we got a hand delivered letter from the president of the new management company (who's name is Poney!) that we are no longer supers of our building. She was very professional and friendly, informed me she only knew what David and Christina (owners) had told her. I guess I'll spend to day cleaning up the area outside my front door and pulling plants off the fire escape!
