London 3

The boys went off to the Legends Arsenal Tour and Mandy and I had our own adventure navigating the bus routes as the tubes were unavailable due to the strike.
 Camden Town.

Inside joke photo.
With public transportation so limited we missed out on prime site-seeing time so Kurt drove us around London.  Mandy and Seth would jump out, take photos, and jump back in.
However at Buckingham Palace we had to go around....
 and around....
 and around....
 and around....
 and around....
and around before we could collect them.

 Oxford Circus traffic nightmare.

We put the car in a garage and went out to get dinner in Soho.

We ate at the 3 Greyhounds.  Fish and chips all around.  We learned Soho is named after the hunting call SO-HO.  The area use to be the hunting grounds of the King.

The guy taking all the photos.  His sister had delivered a baby in a pool that morning and Mandy and I were subjected to a visual assault when he showed us the photos.  He was an economist for oil/gas industries visiting from Angola.

This one had a P.h.d. in math.  He was trying hard to convince Mandy and I math wasn't difficult.
And this one was a Flamenco guitarist living in Sevilla.  All of them went to Cambridge together and were reunited over the holiday.

Tomorrow night around 7 Mandy and I take the train to Manchester while the boys are headed to the Arsenal vs. Chelsea match.  Kurt and Seth will drive up afterward probably arriving between 1 and 2 a.m.

If all goes as planned Rob and Natalie will be getting married Wednesday and we'll all be heading up to the Yorkshire Dales on Friday for New Years.
