Paris 3.

 Today....snow.

 This would have been the most boring street in Paris but then we passed a some mountain goats, a camel, and some ostriches.  Random.

 Crepes for breakfast!

 Banana, sugar, and butter...

 I made some friends eating croissants.  They would fly up and hover in front of you until you handed them something.  I loved them.

The Champs-Élyées was the sight of the Christmas market.

 This guy is living my dream.

 Publicis Paris (Kurt's company).  The last building before the Arc du Triomph.  The building contains a restaurant, upscale shopping, and their own movie theater.  We got an employee discount with Kurt's Publicis i.d.  Neat!

 El Toro.  I would love to have a Sangria Bull that size. 

 Chocolate dipped marshmallows.

Even though it was cold and the snow was very aggressive and wet we had a fun day.  After getting breakfast in the Latin Quarter we jumped the metro up to Champs-Élyées and then walked up the the Arc and back down the other side and through the Tuileries Garden through the Louvre down Rue Rivoli until it ran into Rue St. Antoine through the Bastille to the hotel.  We wandered in and out of the shops and stalls picking up small Christmas gifts for the friends we will celebrate with in England.  Now everything we bought is laid out to dry in the room.

Tomorrow we take the 11:30 EuroStar train to London.  As of today Eurostar is running back up at 80% but due to the snow cancellations for all travel between Sunday and Tuesday we expect some issues with delays and crowded trains.  We have been strictly advised to only arrive one hour prior to departure.  Once we arrive we pick up our rental car and head over to the hotel to meet up with Seth and Mandy.  We'll be spending Christmas with the same family we celebrated with last year and Seth and Mandy will be coming along too.  Our friends in the UK have been adamantly concerned for arrival due to the weather issues and have been very kind to constantly check in with us and keep up abreast of every situation.  We are looking forward to seeing everyone.
