7:20 Megabus platform. Due to the holiday it was the only option for travel. Kurt is wearing the shoes I got him for Christmas-which are the black casuals he didn't buy at Pretty Green a few days back.

There was the annual Boxing Day tube strike so we walked back to the hotel. About half an hour. We got dinner on the way. It seemed like everyone who stopped into this Pret A Manger knew each other-it was weird. The people sitting next to us were in a large touring band, but we couldn't figure out who they were, try as we might to eves drop.
The bus and early morning made the day long, but we are delighted to be back in London. It isn't my favorite city, but it reminds me of home and we have such good friends here. Tomorrow we go see the Arsenal vs. Wolves match in the afternoon which means pre-game drinks at theTollington with Richard and Geelu! Good times!
