You'd think it was rocket science.

Today I replaced my front door lock. It's been broken since we moved in and Mr. Zhang keeps "fixing" it but won't replaced it. Afraid of getting locked in or out I went ahead and took care of it myself.

You may be asking, "isn't that a landlord's responsibility"? Why yes, it is....as is providing heat and rodent control.
